gackt enzo
Gackt Enzo (stylized in all lowercase or as gacktenzo), also known as funky4rtist, is an American artist, animator, and musician. He is well-known in the Friday Night Funkin' fandom for his fan content and for working on several mods. He has contributed to the official game by helping with character design for Otis.
Involvement
gackt enzo's involvement in Friday Night Funkin' began with him making fanart of the game and some of its mods. He would later go on to work on several mods like Friday Night Funkin': School Grounds, Friday Night Funkin' Downtown Philly, and V.S. TABI Ex Boyfriend.
On the 30th of March, 2025, the day before the Pitstop 2 update released, gackt enzo posted a Tweet saying "tomorrow," presumably indicating his involvement with the official game.[3] When the update eventually released, PhantomArcade revealed that gackt enzo helped with Otis' redesign for Friday Night Funkin'.[4] According to gackt enzo, his involvement started in late June 2024.[5]

- gackt enzo's Friday Night Funkin' redesign of Otis was originally posted on the 13th of May, 2024.[6] On the 29th of June, he would post another artwork of his Otis redesign.[7] After the Pitstop 2 update released, he confirmed that the latter artwork was made after his direct messages with PhantomArcade.[8]
- According to gackt enzo, this redesign is separate from the Otis design he made for the Friday Night Funkin': School Grounds mod while also being in memory of the mod.[9]
- He also half-jokingly said to think of the redesign as an "apology" for the School Grounds design, due to the backlash it had received.[10]
