LE SSERAFIM
LE SSERAFIM (Korean: 르세라핌, Reu Serapim) are the opponents of Special Collab 1. Their one and only track is SPAGHETTI. They are a K-pop girl group comprised of 5 members: Sakura (사쿠라), Kim Chaewon (김채원), Huh Yunjin (허윤진), Kazuha (카즈하), and Hong Eunchae (홍은채). While Boyfriend and Girlfriend were having a date at a diner, they crash into the place and start singing with the couple.
They are the sixth guest characters introduced to Friday Night Funkin', the first being Skid and Pump, the second being Pico, the third being Tankman, the fourth being Darnell and Nene, and the fifth being Otis.
Appearance
LE SSERAFIM is a quintet of 5 women with light skin, black eyes, black eyeliner, and thin eyebrows. They all wear red jumpsuits with the top part tied over their waists (except for Yunjin and Eunchae) and grayish-black shoes. They are drawn in a realistic style.
Sakura has shoulder-length black hair, long eyelashes, and black eyebrows. She wears circular golden earrings, a denim overall crop top with an unbuckled strap and gray buttons over a black top, and blackish-gray gloves. She leans over Boyfriend and rests her right arm on his head while resting her left hand on her hip and crossing right leg over the left one.
Chaewon has long, wavy ginger hair that becomes lighter in color toward the bottom and ginger eyelashes. She wears a black beanie with long strings and a single tuft of hair coming out of the front, black goggles over her beanie, and a black long-sleeved crop top with white stars. She sits next to Girlfriend over the edge of the back of a truck while resting her hands over the edges and clenching her legs.
Yunjin has long brown hair with two thin lines of hair in front of her, thick eyelashes, and light brown eyebrows. She wears circular golden earrings, a black top, and the right sleeve of her jumpsuit while leaving the left side of her body uncovered. She sits on top of a front wheel of the truck with her legs spread while resting her arms over her legs. She also has a confident smirk.
Kazuha has long brown hair and black eyebrows. She wears small gray earrings, two piercings on her left eyebrow, a black top, and sports tape on her waist and wrists. The left side of her jumpsuit seems to have a white rectangle with the words "EAT IT" written and underlined in blue on it. She leans over the wall of the truck crossing her arms and tilting her right foot behind.
Eunchae has long, thin dark blue hair. She wears a backward dark gray hat, circular golden earring, a black top with the word "SMILE" written in white along with the number "6" inside of a white circle, and her entire unbuttoned jumpsuit. She lays on the ground tilting her head toward Boyfriend's direction while lying her left leg across the ground, raising her right leg, resting her left arm on the tire of the truck, and her right hand on her knee.
Origin
LE SSERAFIM is a real-life South Korean girl group formed by SOURCE MUSIC (a HYBE subsidiary). They debuted on May 2, 2022, with the EP FEARLESS. Their song SPAGHETTI (featuring BTS member j-hope) originates from their first single album of the same name, released on October 24, 2025. The song compares LE SSERAFIM to pieces of spaghetti stuck between one's teeth and not being able to get their music out of one's head.
Personality
All LE SSERAFIM members are portrayed as being charismatic, self-confident individuals who are not afraid of expressing their feelings through their music. Their fearless demeanor is also shown in Special Collab 1, as they crash their truck into a diner and come out of it to sing with no concerns.
History
Boyfriend and Girlfriend are sitting together in a diner. Girlfriend then tells Boyfriend something she discovered about her powers, telling him that she can make herself and other people speak different languages with just a tap on the face; she then tries this on both herself and Boyfriend, making the two of them speak Korean. Meanwhile, LE SSERAFIM were driving a truck full of spaghetti, eventually crashing it on the diner. Boyfriend and Girlfriend get hit by the truck, but the latter uses her powers to make sure they do not get damaged by the impact.[1][2] After the couple recovers, the band start taking over the area and start singing; Boyfriend and Girlfriend also sing with the band, and they both sing in Korean thanks to Girlfriend's powers.
Relationships
Boyfriend
