• Darnell, Lit Up and 2hot were accidentally leaked late March 2022 through a link to the test build of an unreleased update found in the GitHub repository for Friday Night Funkin'. The songs were confirmed to be real as PhantomArcade revealed that IvanAlmighty was the one who did the voice for Darnell in these songs.
  • While the song remains mostly the same, there are some differences between the leaked version of the song and the finalized version that appears in WeekEnd 1.
    • The overall instrumental sounds slightly different.
    • The length of the song has been slightly extended from 1:56 to 2:07 due to a new bar being introduced at the end of the song.
    • New instruments such as a wind instrument and sound effects like a knife slashing sound were added.
    • There are now several pauses throughout the instrumental.
