- In a sneak peek video for Week 4 on Twitter, ninjamuffin99 misspelled the song's title as "Satin Panies".[1] In response to this, the same song that premiered on Kawai Sprite's YouTube channel had its title changed to fit before being later reverted back to its original spelling.[2]
- Satin is a type of glossy fabric often used to make nightgowns, shorts, women's lingerie and underwear, mostly women's underwear, hence the name of the song. "Satin" could also be interpreted as a corruption of the word "Satan", referring to the fact that Mommy Mearest is a demon.
